The Program Manager acts as the executive staff person for the oversight to the program. The Program Manager is responsible for the coordination of the program, implementation of policy decisions and directives of the board of directors, upholds and adheres to the policies and bylaws of the organization, guides program planning, budgeting, staffing, training, service, program evaluation, and office management and acts as primary fund developer including grant writing, and fundraising activities.

The Family Resource Specialist (FRS) is responsible for interviewing identified first-time families using the specified assessment tool either prenatally or shortly after the birth of a baby to determine the families’ strengths and needs as well as their eligibility for intensive home visitation services. The FRS will make appropriate referrals to community-based agencies, depending on the families’ identified needs and follow-up with families as needed.
