Parents

Having your first child is an exciting and challenging experience. Healthy Families Rappahannock Area is a resource for parents throughout Planning District 16 (the City of Fredericksburg and the counties of Caroline, King George, Stafford, and Spotsylvania).

We provide  home-based services, designed to assist parents in providing a nurturing and supportive environment for their child by appreciating the importance of bonding, gaining insight about child development and developing a understanding of positive discipline.
